Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to support monthly reporting and forecasting processes
- Prepare variance reports comparing actual performance against budgets
- Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and strategic plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects for senior leadership
- Maintain and update financial models using Excel and SAP systems
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (2023-2024 graduates welcome)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
- Internship or academic project experience in finance preferred
