Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership
- Assist in budget forecasting and variance analysis across departments
- Create financial models and projections using Excel and ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Present findings to senior management through data-driven presentations
- Continuously improve financial processes through automation and innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Class of 2023-2024)
- 3.2+ GPA preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced functions)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a corporate environment
- Internship or academic project experience in finance preferred
