Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare monthly performance reports for executive leadership
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes through Excel modeling and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency metrics
- Assist in audit preparations and regulatory compliance documentation
- Develop dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new market initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (2020-2023 graduates welcome)
- 3.2+ GPA preferred with coursework in financial analysis or statistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial statements
