Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare monthly performance reports and variance explanations
- Assist in developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for corporate clients
- Support financial modeling projects for investment analysis and capital planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization initiatives
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses for executive leadership presentations
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Excel systems
- Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (2023-2024 graduates encouraged)
- 3.0+ GPA preferred with strong academic performance in quantitative courses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial statement analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proficiency with SAP or ERP systems preferred
