Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure project milestones are met
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using JIRA and Asana
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Document project requirements, risks, and progress reports
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Support implementation of agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes
- Manage project documentation and maintain centralized knowledge repositories
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher (Business, IT, or related field preferred)
- 0-2 years of professional experience (internships welcomed)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum (Scrum Master or CSM) a plus
