- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Track project milestones and maintain real-time progress dashboards
- Document requirements and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Present project status to leadership bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
- Certification in Scrum or PMP (training provided)
