Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using JIRA and Microsoft Project
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with development teams
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using Asana and Confluence
- Coordinate between engineering, design, and product stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Generate project documentation including status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs
- Support budget tracking and vendor management under senior guidance
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination, internship, or team lead experience
- Fundamental knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycles
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
