Responsibilities
- Support project initiation by assisting with scope definition, stakeholder mapping, and resource allocation
- Track project milestones using Jira and Microsoft Project, maintaining accurate documentation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions with engineering teams
- Monitor budget adherence and escalate financial variances to senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between development, QA, and business stakeholders
- Generate progress reports and risk assessments for executive review
- Support post-launch retrospectives to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience in tech/software
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and software development processes
