Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources using Agile methodologies
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and stakeholder communications
- Track project milestones using JIRA and Microsoft Project tools
- Develop project documentation including scope statements and risk registers
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation for assigned initiatives
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverable excellence
- Analyze project performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Certification in Scrum Master or PMP (preferred but not required)
