Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables using Jira and Asana
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with development teams
- Track project KPIs and prepare executive dashboards for stakeholders
- Manage risk mitigation plans and change request processes
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align on priorities
- Document project artifacts (SOWs, RACI charts, status reports)
- Lead client communications and expectation management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Google Workspace
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
