Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Track project milestones using JIRA and Asana
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
- Compile progress reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Identify and mitigate project risks using root cause analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional teams between engineering, design, and QA
- Support implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of project management experience or internship
- Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle
