- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and treasury operations
- Conduct risk assessments and implement financial controls
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
- Manage audit processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Drive process improvements through financial modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 7+ years corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Experience in manufacturing or tech sector
- Proven leadership managing finance teams
- Kansas corporate tax law knowledge
