Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budget models with variance analysis

- Create executive dashboards and visualizations for KPI tracking
- Lead cross-functional projects for process optimization and cost reduction

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
