Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare monthly/quarterly reports
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Monitor KPIs and variances to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning
- Support annual audit and compliance processes
- Create executive dashboards and data visualizations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software
