Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial systems to drive efficiency
- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury operations
- Lead annual budgeting and strategic financial planning
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
- Supervise accounting team and provide mentorship
- Analyze financial data to support executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA certification required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SOX compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Weekly payroll processing experience
