Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and audits
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Analyze financial data to inform strategic business decisions
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
- Mentor accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ in controller role
- Expertise in financial reporting systems and ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience in public accounting or corporate finance in Nevada
- Proven leadership abilities managing accounting teams
