Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying key innovations that will drive our business forward in the year 2026.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Quantum Algorithms into our core product ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning, mentoring senior engineers and architects to push the boundaries of what is possible.
- Risk Management: Assess technical debt and architectural risks, implementing robust solutions to ensure system stability and scalability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Foresight: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends (e.g., AI, Web3, IoT) to drive growth.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate high-level business goals into concrete technical execution plans.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
