Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with startups, research labs, and academic institutions
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption
- Design frameworks for ethical technology implementation and governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving commercialization
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certifications in foresight methodology or technology strategy a plus
