Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business transformation
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for emerging technologies
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to investors and stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, autonomous systems, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and market disruption patterns
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-level decision-makers
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
