Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market evolution
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop proof-of-concepts for disruptive innovations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investment decisions for next-gen initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or equivalent innovation roles

- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
