Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and execution of the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., Neurotech, Advanced Robotics) to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to define technical feasibility and architectural strategies.
- Present complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Monitor global tech shifts to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of the industry by 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership or strategic planning role.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing disruptive technologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
