Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework for AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Establish innovation pipelines for quantum computing applications and human augmentation technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces and immersive experiences
- Author thought leadership reports on societal impact of 2026 technological inflection points
- Drive ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Mentor internal futurist talent and build foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (TED/TEDx preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ horizon-scanning projects with measurable impact
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
