Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Partner with C-suite to align organizational strategy with emerging technological paradigms
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive trends including quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Establish industry-first ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Drive innovation through our proprietary Futurecasting Lab methodology
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams through multi-year innovation cycles
- Published research in futures studies or technology ethics (peer-reviewed journals)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable impact
