Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for AI and emerging technologies, aligning closely with C-suite objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate disruptive technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness).
- Develop innovative product concepts that leverage AI to solve complex enterprise challenges.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate technological shifts and industry trends.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives and ROI.
- Present quarterly innovation strategies to the board of directors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, AI, or Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or strategic initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI models.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated history of mentoring high-performing teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
