- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our 2026 business goals, identifying high-impact opportunities for digital transformation.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to anticipate changes that could impact our industry.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including advanced AI, predictive analytics, and next-gen cybersecurity protocols.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate technical vision into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee an internal innovation lab to prototype concepts that will define our product portfolio in 2026 and beyond.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the technology budget and direct engineering resources to prioritize initiatives with the highest ROI for the future.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, strategy, or consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and create strategic plans for a 5-10 year horizon.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, cloud infrastructure, and data analytics platforms.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
