Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze business requirements to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows and user stories
- Create and maintain data models using SQL and Excel for reporting purposes

- Support implementation of new systems and process changes
- Generate performance metrics and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic understanding of SQL database queries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Trello)
