Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create process flow diagrams and user stories to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Analyze data trends using Excel and SQL to identify operational inefficiencies
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Prepare clear documentation including reports, dashboards, and presentation materials
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) under guidance
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new business processes
Qualifications
