Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to document business requirements and pain points
- Assist in developing process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies using Excel/SQL
- Create clear documentation including BRDs, user manuals, and project artifacts
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new business solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables
- Present findings to stakeholders through concise data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities
- Quick learner with passion for technology and business processes
