Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements for software and process improvements.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to generate reports, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and user stories to facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Assist in the identification of operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to management in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a strong plus.
