Responsibilities
- Gather and document client requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create data visualizations using Excel and BI tools to support decision-making
- Develop process flow diagrams and documentation for system implementations
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL preferred but not required)
