Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Create process flows and data models using Visio and Lucidchart
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop test cases and validate system implementations
- Present findings through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility
- Support Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic understanding of SQL data querying
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving aptitude
