Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation including business process diagrams, user stories, and requirement specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Project Support: Support project managers in tracking project milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and propose innovative solutions to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role (internships included).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic understanding of SQL or databases is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and logically.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) is highly desirable.
