- Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, document action items, and ensure project deliverables align with goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system changes and business processes in our knowledge base.
- Research industry trends and best practices to suggest actionable process improvements.
- Support the execution of business analysis projects from initiation through closure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We are looking for entry-level talent with a strong academic background.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
