Responsibilities
- Assist senior analysts in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
- Participate in workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
- Conduct preliminary data research and perform basic data analysis using SQL and Excel.
- Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated (0-2 years of experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of database concepts or SQL is a plus but not required.
