Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the creation of clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance) to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and basic data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
