Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for operational improvement.
- Create and maintain business process documentation, flowcharts, and technical specifications.
- Support the execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to track project progress and KPIs.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to recommend software solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience (internships or academic projects highly valued).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
