Responsibilities
- Assist senior analysts in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and business process improvements.
- Support the creation of process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Monitor project progress and help identify potential risks or blockers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
