Responsibilities
- Support Requirement Gathering: Assist in identifying business needs and documenting functional requirements using standard templates and tools.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise, and organized documentation, including process maps, user stories, and requirements specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Process Improvement: Participate in process re-engineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Project Support: Help track project milestones and assist in the coordination of testing and deployment activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
