Responsibilities
- Assist in Gathering Requirements: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify business needs and document functional requirements.
- Create Documentation: Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories using industry-standard tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Project Support: Support project managers by tracking milestones, attending meetings, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about business processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
