Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Support the creation of process maps, user stories, and use cases to guide project development.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure project deliverables meet business goals.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation and meeting notes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (graduating seniors and recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel functions.
- Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies (e.g., SQL, Agile, JIRA) is a major plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
