Responsibilities
- Gather and Analyze Requirements: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, document user stories, and translate them into functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data sets to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Process Improvement: Assist in mapping current business processes and identifying gaps to recommend solutions that enhance efficiency.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise, and professional documentation including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding.
- Support Implementation: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure new solutions are implemented smoothly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong aptitude for logical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Familiarity with business analysis tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Jira is highly desirable.
