Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, observations, and workshops.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve business processes.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise user stories, process maps, and functional requirements documents.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure everyone is aligned.
- Reporting: Support the creation of standard reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying inefficiencies in current workflows and suggesting logical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value a strong academic background and a passion for analytics.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (like Tableau or PowerBI) is a plus but not mandatory.
