Responsibilities
- Support Business Analysis: Assist senior analysts in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements to support organizational goals.
- Data Visualization: Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring requirements are understood and met.
- Process Improvement: Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline business processes.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business processes, requirements, and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for candidates eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required. Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus but not mandatory.
