Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, translating complex needs into clear user stories.
- Support senior analysts in data collection and performing basic data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) using tools like Confluence or SharePoint.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct research and gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with non-technical and technical teams.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
