Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Participate in requirements analysis workshops and facilitate brainstorming sessions.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize business processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in tracking project deliverables and milestones.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn new software tools and technologies quickly.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward learning.
