Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making and product development.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Analyze data trends and generate reports to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure project goals are met.
- Support the implementation of new software systems and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and analytical methodologies.
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools is a plus but not required.
