Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and reconciliation activities
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Prepare basic financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- QuickBooks certification preferred
