Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis of market trends and internal performance data to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive research on industry competitors and emerging business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and improve efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Manage and maintain client databases, ensuring 100% data integrity and organization.
- Participate in client onboarding and training sessions to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Recent graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel for client meetings (if applicable).
