Responsibilities
- Analyze operational KPIs using SQL and Tableau to identify efficiency gaps
- Document and optimize financial workflows in compliance with SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process automation tools
- Prepare executive dashboards highlighting performance metrics and improvement opportunities
- Support month-end closing procedures through reconciliation and variance analysis
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Conduct market research for vendor evaluation and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (graduating 2023-2024)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- 0-2 years of internship or academic project experience preferred
- Active student membership in APICS or ASQ is a plus
