Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teamsâincluding developers, designers, and stakeholdersâto ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Track project progress using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and report status updates to senior leadership.
- Manage project documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, meeting minutes, and resource allocation plans.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Identify potential roadblocks early and propose effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while demonstrating independent initiative.
- PMP certification or willingness to pursue certification within 12 months is a plus.
